My apologies for the delay, I just tested, and it only happens when I boot the game through big box. When launching in Mame or launch box it works fine

Good afternoon, I discovered an odd error last night, where a combination of hitting buttons 0 and 3 on my IPAC controller exited out of MAME. And not just on P1 controller, but on all 4 controllers across my two IPACs. I tried looking through MAMEs input mappings, but I couldn't see anything along the lines of "Joy 0 + Joy 3 = exit" Has anyone had this issue before? And what menu or program should I look at in regards to disabling this? I am using two I-PAC 2, and individually the buttons operate properly. It's only when hit together.

Hey, so my friend just helped me build a PC and put lakka on it for a MAME cabinet I'm building. I was just wondering if it was possible to set up Launch Box with big box within lakka? and if so how would I go about setting it up? Thank you for any help, have a nice day.
