  1. Just wanted to provide an update... The Panel Mount jacks from adafruit came back in stock so decided to order them. Along with that, I had to order male to male adapter as well as a female to female adapter. Still in the process of putting the Rec Room Masters cabinet togethe r, but got the power and usb jacks installed.

  4. Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a second arcade cabinet and thinking of going with rec room masters. I'm also looking to use Gun4IR for this new cab. I will be using a desktop pc within the cabinet. Since RRM cabs don't have an opening front panel, I'm looking to mod for an external pc switch (turn the pc on) and looking to add some usb ports for the guns to plug into. Since Gun4IR has recoil, I will also need to provide power to the gun, so wonder if there is some type of 'power port' in which I can plug the gun into the cabinet from the front, similar to the usb and then within the cabinet have the 12v power supply coming from the power strip to that cabinet port, so everything is plug and play and has a clean look (no wires coming from the back for power). I've tried some google searches but haven't been able to find anything.   6. Hey guys, I am trying to create a .bat file to run GameLoader All RH emulator but cannot get it to work properly. When I launch the "Game Loader All RH.exe" the game works fine on my arcade machine, but because each game is it's own .exe file, I am trying to create a .bat to point to the individual. exe based on the game selection (this is something similiar to what I've seen done for Daphne). The idea is to create an empty .txt for each game as my 'rom' file - example "Akai Katana Shin.txt" In my .bat (which I would use as me LB executable, I have the following: @echo_off if %1 == "Akai Katana Shin" goto akaikatanashin :akaikatanashin "E:\Taito_Nesica\Akai Shin Katana\Game Loader All RH.exe" goto end :end To test, If I just try to run the .bat with the "E:\Taito_Nesica\Akai Shin Katana\Game Loader All RH.exe", it asks to run as admin, and when I click 'yes' nothing happens. Again, if I run the "Game Loader All Rh.exe" from within the Akai Shin Katana folder, everything boots up successfully and I can play the game with proper resoultion and controls for my arcade cabinet. I know the "Game loader All RH,exe" points to the "game.exe" for this game, but when updating my .bat to use the "game.exe", I have issues with screen resolution and controls since they are setup through GLARH. I also cannot use TeknoParrot due to screen resolution issues, as well as I do not use RocketLauchner (colpipes tutorial). Thoughts? Thanks!

I see another post was made a few months back: Just curious if there is any updates for those of us that are having this issue? I was adding some games this evening (and will be over the holidays) and just trying to Edit games I had imported is such a tedious task. thanks!
  8. Hey guys, Sorry if this has been answered, but I am using Launchbox in my Arcade Cabinet which has a crt monitor and uses 800x600 resolution. Also, using Windows 7 and text size set at 100% (default). Within Launchbox, when I select Tools -> Options, the window is too large for my monitor, I cannot see the left side window(all the different options) and can barely see the 'cancel' button in the lower left. Any changes made, I cannot click 'ok' since I cannot resize the window to see the button. Also, if I try to Tools -> Edit a game, I can only see from the Title to the Launchbox dB id in the pop up window. I do not see the left side window, nor the minimize/maximize, close icons in the upper right corner. However, unlike the Options window, since it is a pop up, I can drag the bottom of the screen down, which snaps the window where I can then maximize (using the upper right icon) to then see the left window (Metadata, Media, Launching, etc..) but then I can no longer see the launchbox db, min/max etc.., but at least I can see/click OK or Cancel (lower left). This becomes a bigger pain when trying to download images as I have to keep max/min the window. Is there a way within Launchbox to resize these windows? Thanks!
  9. Hey guys - Has anyone had success getting Neo Geo Cd via FB Neo working in Launchbox without using RetroArch? I have Neo Geo AES working just fine via FB Neo within Launchbox, but having trouble getting CD to work. I've can successful run my bin/cue in FB Neo, but when I load into Launchbox, I get an error (example for 3 Count bout) '3 is not supported by FinalBurn Neo' If in Launchbox, I uncheck "Don't use quotes ...", i get the same error but the entire file name (or at least what can fit in the pop up box). I know people have used Mame/MESS or with RetroArch, but I was hoping to get it working with just using FB Neo. Thoughts? Thanks!
