So I would like to download the media for a complete system without having a complete rom set. Am I able to use an xml or DAT. I would like to have full systems represented with logos videos, etc. Or do I have to download manually and drop them in their folders? Thanks

I currently do not have the space for a full PSP & PS2 rom set, but would like to have the system art/videos in place for each game. Is there a way to use an xml -dat file? It would be to much work to have blank file or folders with a few thousand game names. Thanks
