Just a thought, is it worth trying to get these fixes implemented here? http://openretro.org/database-editing "Now follows documentation for keys you can specify values for. More keys will be added as necessary, so if a game has a requirement which can not be well specified with the existing keys, please contact game-database@fengestad.no."
