I know this is an oldish post now but I just wanted to add some things that I've found out in case anyone searches for this problem. 1) It's AMD drivers particularly with polaris chipset (AMD RX480) - the later drivers break something on a few emulators. I'm aware of a particular problem with CEMUL and Mario Kart 8 also being a Polaris problem. 2) With Demul 0.7 (wip) newer AMD drivers break the OLD DirectX 11 plugin (The one with video scaling) so you have to play using the Newer plugin without scaling.
