That's probably going to be due to a game launch screen messing things up. Test by turning it completely off for 1 game & see if it helps. If so you might still be able to have one but set it to a lower time to display. You'll see that with some teknoparrot games fyi. As far as I know BB & LB launch the game exactly the same.
