OMG, This did it, pfff, i wonder why they put that in. it gave me nightmares. But, much appreciated, thsi solved the problem. Thx a lot

This is not the game detail, it is a MENU structure: Top line says "start with" 2nd line says "additional apps" 3th "Star rating" the menu schos op the left side of the screen in this theme. Changing themes only changes the place where this menu appears. The game datails are shown on the bottom of the screen:

I have changed the theme, same problem occurs. It seems that, when i press "enter" on a selected game, this MENU bar appears:

This is what i get, it comes up and goes away after 3 seconds, arrow up or down, brings it back up.

I have updated LB to V9.10 and also refreshed the MAME roms to V0.197. Mame does run the roms without issue. When i start them from within LB, then all works fine. The moment i start them from within BB, the game does not start, but instead, when i arrow up or down, i see a mame like menu where i can select "start game with". Could this be a MAME version problem?

Thank you, I also tried that option you mentioned, the startcommand box is not visible, but the screen stays black, need also to ALT-TAB to see it. I think i stick to my solution for the time beïng. Anyway, thanks for the support.

Thank you for the reply, but when i do like you say, i get the commandbox in front and i need to ALT-TAB to get to the game. Or i get a Daphne error. At least, when i set it the way i did, i can tick "Attemp to hide console window on startup/shutdown"

Found the solution: For each game Create a so called new emulator. For Emulator name: Give it the name of the game (Mad Dog II in this example) Add path to the *.bat file Tik the boxes shown in image For assoiciated Platforms: choose "American Laser Games"

I have a weird issue. When i run a game, like a American Lasergame "Crime Patrol" for example, it starts up. When i quit the game and want to start up another game like "Mad Dog McCree" for example, the previous game "Crime Patrol" start in its place. Same thing when i change platform, like a Atari game, then "Crime Patrol" starts in it's place. Is there some kind of gamebuffer that keeps the game in memmory somehow? Launchbox V9.3 I have a little progress, when running other platforms, then this is running OK. But, when running American Lasergame, the DOS Command box stays in front and i don't see the game, only hear the sound. When i ALT-Tab, then it shows.
