I know this is old but I have the answer. Open retroarch, Login in your retroachievment credentials within retroarch then go to, menu/configuration/save current configuration restart a game with achievments and boom done.

Thank you for the response. I realized after messing around. Emu movies and Launchbox DB downloader does not have GameCube spines available. I was so focused on GameCube that I didn't realize they were there for other platforms. -
First of all, amazing work. I have an issue where my spines are clear logos. I have spines and full boxes. Any help or guidance to get spines instead of clear logos would be greatly appreciated.
