cant see to get launchbox to open

Hi guys. This is my first time installing launch box. I have just downloaded launchbox. when I press the icon to open , the page opens but it freezes and doesnt respond. Your help will greatly be apriciated.

Well this doesn't tell us too much besides that LaunchBox is freezing, so what OS are you using, what version of LaunchBox, what are your PC Specs like? Let's start basic. Do you have games added or is this your very first time launching LaunchBox?
