I've fixed the problem, and while there may be an easier way I just wanted to post here in case anyone else had the same problem.

I play Playstation games with the Mednafen core, launched through RocketLauncher. I kept getting an error every time I tried to run the following game...

Arc the Lad Collection - Arc the Lad III (USA) (Disc 1)

Looks like it was the 2 sets of parentheses that was giving it trouble, changed it to...

Arc the Lad III - Disc 1 (USA)

And it booted up fine. Just don't forget to update  your cue file!
