Is there some kind of way to emulate flash games in arcade cabinets? I'm not simply talking about the "Adobe Flash Player", but a tool that automatically maps keys (to the arcade joystick etc) and runs the Flash Game.

Actually no, but that's because it's never been needed. SWF files can run without needing to do much. The easiest method would be to grab a piece of software like Xpadder that will take keyboard buttons and map them to a controller.
