Clean setup and Backup

After running the latest update to my bartop of launchbox (7.)  known some instability probably due to an error during the update.
I wonder if you can reinstall launchbox (using the file from the Update folder), without any configuration loss.

How do I do Step by Step?

Solved !!
Although the Bug that I not noticed is part of version 7.
To reproduce the bug just go into the settings, change some advanced as in setting, and rewind FAST .
We will find ourselves in a loop that does not return you to the main screen.
