I am using arcade platform with mame emulator, and I have unchecked all the filters, and told it to import all versions. It shows the rom and name in the what is going to import window. Then it starts checking for metadata and images/videos, and then says 0 games imported. I know that Us vs.Them is one of the games that will not import. The game works fine in MameUI so i know it's good. Some other games are some VS. games. vs. Platoon vs. Mighty bomb jack vs. Mach rider It appears nvs_ roms do not get imported.
