Shutodown button out of setting

I really like being able to put a pin to go into the settings, but I would like to close the door to strangers long before the setting with the PIN. And to do this it would be necessary to put on the main SHUTDOWN UX, and not in setting.
What do you think ?

Hey sorry for digging up an old thread. I was looking for the same thing and thought I would do a search. Did you find a solution for this. 

I would love to have an icon that just says shut down which you can select in big picture rather then >escape > scroll to shut down or exit  

trying to make this experience as kid (5yrs old) friendly as I can..
