Resizing my Launchbox window causes everything to freeze.

I don't know why, but every time I resize the Launchbox program window the whole thing freezes, and my mouse click/keys stop responding.  Once I ctrl+alt+del everything is fine (I don't even have to end task.  Just ctrl+alt+del and click cancel.).  Any ideas what could be causing this issue?
