Best tool to "trim" rom collections, say by region or other parameters?

Hello,

I am looking to trim an assortment of roms to smaller proportions, say by region parameters, or something alike.

I am aware of clrmame pro, romcenter, and the no-filler initiative on these forums. I am wondering if you guys would have either a handy piece of software to recommend me, or say a tutorial.

After further testing and researches, it seems CLRmame and Hyperlists do the job for what I want. If you have further suhhestions, feel free to add though!
