ChrisPKreme
Hi so whenever I try to load up a Gamecube or Wii game, It gives me an error that says "The specified file (rom name here) does not exist." If someone could help me, that would be great

ChrisPKreme
Dolphin is giving me that error, and no I did not move my roms
neil9000
Well dolphin doesnt even need to no where your roms are as long as Launchbox does, so i dont understand why Dolphin would be giving you that message, it should be launchbox saying it cant find the rom if you load it from launchbox. If you right click the game in Launchbox and go to edit is it pointing at the correct path?
ChrisPKreme
yeah it seems to be pointing to the correct path
neil9000
What format are the games in? also what happens if you try to load the game from within Dolphin?
ChrisPKreme
My roms are in the iso format and loading directly from dolphin loads the roms no problem
neil9000
Did you add the command line parameters in the manage emulator screen? You need -b -e in there.
ChrisPKreme
yeah I have those, but then looking at your config and my config I notice that I have "Use file name only without file extension or folder path" checked on, so I'm gonna check if that's causing the problem
ChrisPKreme
Turns out, that was what was causing the problem
