These are duplicate covers. Sega CD 32X ----> Corpse Killer: Download an additional "Box - Back (North America)". Sega CD ---> Flink: Download an additional "Fanart - Box - Front (no region)" as if it were a "Box - Front". Sega CD ---> Wirehead: Download an additional "Fanart - Box - Front (no region)" as "Box - Front". Sega CD ---> Same drawback in other games: "Bouncers", "Sherlock Holmes: Consulting Detective" and "Wheelof Fortune": Download an additional "Fanart - Box - Back (no region)" in the "Box - Back" folder. The problem with this is that since the DB page of Launchbox was already corrected and some images were deleted by duplicates but are still being downloaded.
