Older Windows games / DOS

I finally have got into DOSbox lately & love the convienence of using Launchbox for it. I mainly used LB/BB for arcade games & have went to great lengths organizing everything the way I wanted, but it was quite a while ago so was hoping to have someone refresh my memory on a few things as well as answer couple questions for me

Pretty sure to set custom images as BB wheel art, I have to place them in the clearart folder. What about to have box art images as what you see when you select games in BB + image view in LB? I also wanted to use floppy disk scans to show somewhere in the background as well. How would I do that in settings & what folders should I put everything in. Also do the images have to be named the same filename as the .exe/.iso etc for LB to instantly recognize them after importing?

Now, something else I was wondering.

How do you even set up older 90s/2000s Windows games in Launchbox? Some of those might be GOG games I was thinking of getting as well as others I have downloaded as CD images & .exe files

Final question, would it be possible to have all DOS,Windows + GOG games displayed all in the same list under "PC Games" or something like that?
