Just updated to 9.3 and, if it matters, also have my autohotkey scripts set to use End instead of Esc (to workaround a SNES9x bug that prevents saving normally when closing using Esc). Until now, this has worked just fine, letting me exit emulators using the two-button controller automation. In LaunchBox, things work as expected, but when I move into BigBox, I can no longer exit games using my button combination. It worked yesterday, and the only thing I've changed is the update.
