Issue closing Mupen64 with automation

When I hold the right stick and click the left as configured it closes launchbox also, but only with mupen64. retroarch, pj64, and mame all close while leaving launchbox open.

 

I'm using mupen64 v2.5.9 with glide 4.0, i have not tried with older versions. No AHK is setup in the emulator.
