gildy Posted August 18, 2019 Share Posted August 18, 2019 I just noticed something I don't understand today while using Launchbox. I recently installed Redream emulator as a standalone on my desktop and the 12 Dreamcast games I have (mostly GDI) work great. What's strange is I also have Launchbox/Big Box pointed to the same Redream emulator but when I play the games through LB, the framerate drops from 60fps to around 40 -50. Launchbox seems to work fine on my other emulated systems, just Dreamcast is slower. Of course I close the desktop Redream before opening LB so I don't understand what's going on. I'll delete my Dreamcast games from LB if I have to and just play the standalone Redream, but I really like the LB frontend. Could someone help me with this issue?
