Xbox one issues while bigbox startup

I have been having issues with my xbox one controller since two version back, every time I turn on the computer for the first time and bigbox automatically starts up the controller is not recognized and have to reboot in order to get it to do anything while on bigbox, if there is any fix or something I am missing please let me know. Thanks
