snes roms launch from retroarch but stopped launching from launchbox

says "loading" then it goes back to the launchbox screen.

 Hoping some one knows how to fix this. was working earlier.  the only think i was doing today was adding some bezels to some of the systems.

I also noticed, when i launch bigbox the snes video and clear fonts are gone or damaged.

some how when i re added the no intro roms , they were categorized as super nintendo entertainment system, before they were listed as Super Nintendo. Forgot launchbox sets the system with speficic system name as well
