ipac mode swich - possible to script in lb?

I have an arcade xtension control board based on the ipac. I just upgraded the fw to enable mode switching so I can have xinput for steam games.

Previously I was using vjoy to enable 2 player joysticks in steam games and I have it set up to semi automatically switch to vjoy on launch and exit when the game closes.

But I'd like to switch to using native xinput.

The question is whether there is anyway to script this. For those not aware the mode switch works by holding down 2 buttons on the control board.

Any ideas? Anyone come up with any solutions?

Just to update for any lurkers trying to figure out the same things; I got it halfway there.

I am able to run via commandline the winipac program and force it to load a profile for the kb. Which will switch it out of xinput mode if it is currently in it and back to kb.

But I can't seem to do the same thing to force it to xinput.

can you provide the script/bat file you used? I have been trying to switch back and forth between keyboard and xinput mode depending on the emulator/launch game but have not been able to get it to work correctly.

I use Keyboard2Joy with an autohotkey script to switch my IPAC mini "keyboard" into an xbox controller and back to keyboard after

You can use the built in mode switcher by holding P1 start and a button (1,2,3,4) to switch modes instead, but this works seamlessly and is faster.

Using Keyboard2Joy I've set up various button mappings for different control layouts too eg: analog stick to digital joystick, twin stick etc.
