Playstation/ePSXE - How to Change Discs

I feel like this should be simple but I seem to be missing something.  So for example, I've hit a wall where it says change to disc 2 on a game, right?  Pressing EXE will completely exit the ePSXE launcher, so I can't access the GUI menu.

What is the easiest way to quickly swap discs (cue files) when the game says to in Launchbox via the ePSXE.  I attempted to use a m3u file but it never loads.  This was my contents:

Chrono Cross (USA) (Disc 1).cue
Chrono Cross (USA) (Disc 2).cue

The only bypass I can see is load the save manually though ePSXE, and use the Swap Disk feature they have - but does Launchbox have a native way to do this themselves?

I stopped using ePSXE a long time ago in favor of Retroarch and the Beetle PSX HW core (for more/better functionality/upscaling, etc.).  However, a quick google search found this page which seems to explain how to do disk switching in ePSXE pretty well (assuming it's still relevant, but it should be as I don't think ePSXE has been updated in quite a while so the instructions should still be valid)

One thing to note though, it says to press Esc to bring up the ePSXE screen, if you have Esc set to exit your emulator, this might be an issue, and you might need to find another way to get back to the ePSXE screen while in game.
