Startup and Shutdown screens are zoomed in

First of all, I use a dual screen setup. My primary screen is my 1440p monitor. My secondary screen is my 4K TV. When I launch a game in launchbox, the startup and shutdown screens look zoomed in. Any idea how to fix this?

Issue fixed. It was on my end. Just had to revert all the image priorities in the options menu to default. I feel like a goof, but glad I sorted it out.
