Unable to connect to EmuMovies through LaunchBox

Good afternoon, I have been using my emumovies account with launchbox for days and today it gives me an error from launchbox, however by filezzilla ftp and from the emumovies website I connect without problem, any solution to this?and restarted LB but nothing

yesterday works well and today no, this is a launchbox thing, because even changing the password there is no solution, I am going to contact launchbox having to happen because it is a bigger task, having to use scraperUI I do not like it so much

Solved

I've just received the new LaunchBox 13.19 and the EmuMovies connection is working fine.

Mine isn't working since 13.19.
Have done everything suggested here, but still wont login on Launchbox. All is fine on the website.

Hope 13.20 fixes this amongst all the other issues.

this is the first time I've ever had this issue but 13.20 seems to be broken. Changed my EmuMovies password multiple times. Stripping numbers and symbols to make it as basic as possible. Nothing is working. Not sure what else to try at this point.

It must be a problem with LB, maybe a service is down or something...I've Got LB open, import some medias from emumovies, going to the kitchen for dinner (Letting LB oppened), and when I came back I can't import more medias from emumovies becouse of conection problems...

I can connect with no problems to the site and the server with filezilla, I change my password avoiding special characters and it's still not working in LB. I tried clossing and oppening it again, and the problem persist...

I bet (reading this forum) that LB have a gateway, service or something like that to make the connection between LB and Emumovies, and this element is temporally down.

I'm still having this issue, I tried the EmuMovies Sync and that lets me log in fine, LB just keeps saying unable to log in.

I even made a new account to try with all lowercase letters, still can't log in via Launchbox. I think that might be what is also causing my other issue of not being able to download any media at all.
