vJoy Help (auto scroll?)

So I've followed the following tutorials to install vJoy (headsoft V1.2) and x360ce (hopefully these links work, sorry mods if links aren't allowed).

The problem that I have is with vJoy.  Having it enabled and loading a game like BroForce simulates that key is pressed or something and auto scrolls and then when I disabled the virtual controllers my computer reboots.

It is strange.  I figure I would "unblock" the vJoy setting and open up notepad to see if I could notice a stuck key. All commands from my iPac seem to register fine on notepad when vJoy is running.

But as soon as I launch a game it is stuck in an Auto Scroll or something.  I can't seem to figure out why. It screwed up my Launchbox settings yesterday when I loaded it.

x360ce couldn't record any of my inputs so I'm guessing it is an issue with vJoy.

Searched multiple forums so hoping someone here in this family could help me out.

What am I missing here? I'm lost.
