Windows Auto Launch

Hello everyone,

I set up auto launch for windows as per ETA's instructions. It all works as it should but ETA mentioned there's also different softwares that handle auto launch. Does anyone know what these softwares are called? The reason I ask is I want to go a step further and try remove all the windows action on startup, make it less windows and more arcade. Thanks,
