Hide Uninstalled games on launch

Tags uninstalled MS-DOS and Windows games as either broken or hidden on startup, does the opposite on exit.

Separate plugin for LaunchBox and BigBox.

Does not remember the previous broken/hidden state. Ignores games when the Installed-field is null.
