Installing eXoDOS v5 Lite over an existing eXoDOS v4 installation

Hey guys! Anyone try installing the Lite version of eXoDOS v5 onto an existing eXoDOS v4 install? Comcast limiting my bandwidth each month made me think that the lighter download MAY work okay this way? It MAY not break anything?

Anyhow, I thought I'd ask as I'm copying my entire portable eXoDOS v4 install over to another HDD and then just trying the eXoDOS v5 install overtop one of them. I'll let you guys know what happens, or if anyone has any experience on if anything breaks, please share!

Edit: Oh jeez! I just realized that after years of lurking... this is my first post!

Well... nevermind. When you move the setup files into an existing eXoDOS folder, and then double click on setup it will ask you if you want to update an existing install. Sigh... Well... now I have a backup eXoDOS v4 folder! :D

Upon starting up Might and Magic World of Xeen... that I'd been playing previously... it looks like the previously installed games need to be installed again. I'm glad I have that back up of eXoDOS v4!

Ah ha! I moved the games from the eXoDOS folder into the newly minted eXo folder and while the games aren't listed as installed (that ones that actually are) they ARE listed as installed after I play them once. :D I'm still keeping my backup as a "just in case."

Hey, quick update! So... I kinda botched it... BUT, for anyone who wants to do what I did, but properly: There are instructions in the eXoDOS discord. It is a pinned post in the "help_and_instructions" channel.

Could you help me? I can't find the instructions ....
