Kega Fusion - host 4-way netplay as observer

I'm trying to set up a 4-way-play netplay without participating in it myself.

I want to host the game, capture and stream it without using up one of the player ports, but it always assigns me as player 1 and there's no option to change it.

I was hoping I could assign controller ports to players who join the netplay, but that doesn't appear to be a feature.

I don't want to use another genesis emulator, but if you aware of another emulator that has this feature please let me know.
