PS3 Games Break Launchbox

I'm not sure if I'm the only person with this problem. I just recently moved Launchbox to my D drive to see if it would help anything with a fresh install after importing all my media and I figured out what broke my Launchbox in the first place. When I try to add an EBOOT.BIN file for my PS3 games I get an error root element missing. And then after that whenever I want to add a game regardless if it's a PS3 title or not I get either the same error or something like error finding metadata would you like to keep this game despite these errors and hitting yes does nothing other than giving me an infinite loading bar. Restarting does not help fix the problem at all. On my other drive I was able to fix it temporarily here and there but I was unable to update Launchbox unless done manually, I was getting crashes all the time, having to replace the metadata every time I wanted to mess with Launchbox, things like that all because I get error root element missing from adding PS3 games.
