cannot get sega naomi to display banner in bannerbox

ok - so i downloaded a sega naomi banner. right now it just shows white lettering while everyone else has good looking banners

 

i renamed the image to Sega Naomi and placed it in the themes/bannerbox images section but it wont load. any ideas on what to do? LaunchBox\Themes\BannerBox\Images\Platform Categories\Banner is the exact location and my other categories are there.

LaunchBox\Themes\BannerBox\Images\Platforms\Banner also tried this one, no dice... can anyone help?
