hold stick to scroll?

hi all, apologies this is probably super noob!

i can’t find any option to allow LB/BB to scroll when holding stick (mapped to arrow keys).

but now that just tested, keyboard works as expected, mapped key press to stick does not.  using joytokey if anyone has any ideas.
