Always default to showing all games when launching? And customize dropdown list?

I have Launchbox set to start when I start Windows and I have different playlists and it will remember the last one I viewed before shutting down Windows, but I was wondering if I could make Launchbox always default to showing All games? 

 

Also is there a way to just completely customize the dropdown list on the left side? I don't use most categories such as region, rating, star rating. Could I change those to anything I want or delete them somehow?
