Scan Added ROMS Issue

I have noticed this behavior for some time but thought I should mention it in case this is a known issue and there is a fix. Whenever I upgrade some of my sets, there are usually a few new additions and name changes. I tend to scan for removed roms followed up by scanning for added roms.

When doing this with my Nintendo 64 set, it claims there are 4 new items.

When I click finish, I get this message.

If I scan again, it shows the same 4 files. Thoughts?
