Launcbox doesn't start

Hi,

I installed launchbox and all dependencies on a windows 7 fresh install, but it won't start.

No error at all, when I click on lb/bb it simply doesn't start.

I tried:

- installing on different path

- trying various versions (12.5, 12.4, 9.8)

- copying the whole lb folder from a different pc.

May somebody help me?
