Retroarch launches Neo Geo games but Launchbox doesn't launch any of them

Hi, I've tried to configure Launchbox to launch my Neo Geo games but it isn't working. When I use Retroarch they load correctly. The core I use to load them is the attached.

I've configured Launchbox to use the same core then loading Neo Geo games:

But this is the error message I get when loading the games through Launchbox:

As I said, the games load correctly when launching them from Retroarch.

Can you please help? Thanks!

I've got the lifetime license purchased, as I can't find an answer to my problem, do you know if there is any method to communicate with the developers about this issue?

Make sure that in LaunchBox > Tools > Manage > Emulators > RetroArch, the checkbox "Extract ROM archives before running" is unticked.
