best budget android device for launchbox

Looking for recommendations for a budget android device for emulating games up to the mid to late 90s.

I guess it depends on your budget. I have a Amazon Kindle Fire HD 10.1 inch and it was $100, it's capable of playing games from the NES all the way up to Dreamcast at full speed, it'll play most PSP games at playable speeds, but the ones that are demanding will give it trouble(MGS Peace Walker, Motor Storm Arctic Edge, etc.)
