Launchbox Flycast confuses NAOMI roms for Dreamcast roms

When loading NAOMI roms using Retroarch and the flycast core the games are loading properly. After setting up and running the same NAOMI games via LaunchBox the Dreamcast bios is loaded instead of the NAOMI bios and the games don't load. Is there a command line parameter I need to add? Thanks.

Make sure that in LaunchBox > Tools > Manage > Emulators > RetroArch > Associated Platforms > Sega Naomi, the Flycast core is selected and that [Extract ROMs] is unticked.
