My Platforms won't load from "Manage" menu

I need some help here, I keep getting the error from LaunchBox telling me that my Platforms list from the Manage menu in Tools I'm guessing is corrupted. On my external T drive is where I have my games stored for the various systems I have. LaunchBox is telling me that it can't create a directory for F:/PC Games/ CoinOps Arcade Gold +. I changed the drive letter from F to T and now I'm guessing my platforms are corrupted. I'll just start fresh tomorrow with a new install of LaunchBox or what do you guys think I should do?
