HLSL settings not working for MAMEUI64 or normal MAME

Excuse my ignorance and lack of knowledge. I wish to get shaders working in MAMEUI64 0.246. I have used MAMEUI64 with a previous old computer with HLSL settings; CRT Lottes. My new PC has 16Gb DDR4 Ram and a Ryzen 5700g which I believe has 2GB of VRAM. My old machine has 2 GB of VRAM and it ran MAME perfectly. I can't get it to work. Would one of you guys be able to help me?
