Guide button not recognised

Bit perplexed. 

Running PCSX2 alone, I have the pause menu (PCSX one with game specific settings) mapped to my xbox one guide button. Works great. 

But it won't work through launchbox, if I map it to another button in pcsx2 it works via launchbox. 

Why is launchbox not recognising my guide button?

Problem sorted. Strange issue where once I'd mapped to another button and opened the menu in game, I then mapped the pause button to guide and it worked. So not a launchbox issue but a pcsx2 quirk.
