yourgrandma
Launchbox's filter menu is super simple and easy to use. For example getting 1st person shooters to show up I just go to genre and click the Shooter Genre and 1st Person and instantly applies it. However to apply the same sort of filter in Bigbox's popup menu, it's all confusing . It has some sort of complex field break down that includes tons of options (many that don't even apply to your collection) that isn't even parity with launchbox's to scroll through. Then the comparison option which reads almost like programing variables, many of which are confusing to which you're supposed to actually use. The last "value" option isn't even a list of options but a menu you have to type exactly what you want in a pop up menu that is meant to be used mostly with a controller. Even after that I couldn't get it to filter exactly like it did in Launchbox. Bigbox popup filter menu design doesn't even need a overhaul, it just needs to match the lauchbox's desktop navigation of having the same 3 limited menu selections and it would be far more usable.
