Sega Hikaru - Demul starts but in background

Hi guys, 

I've installed successfully Demul to run Sega Naomi and Atomswave, but when it comes to Hikaru the games starts and from Launchbox I can only hear the sound. Screen is black and seems they are in background. 

In fact, if I press ALT-TAB I can see the game is not in full windows and is running behind.

Did anybody have the same issue? Can you help?
