How to add multiple disc badge through user source

so, I'm very close to finishing a custom theme. my only problem is ctc 2.5 doesn't have multiple disc badge. after downloading an updated version of ctc i can now add the badge but I would have to edit all my platform wheels. considering this is taking a long time. Does anyone know what user source i need to have my Multiple disc badge appear.
