GameBooster 64? What About GameShark?

I'm perusing through the N64 database and came across the GameBooster 64. It's listed as Unlicensed. What I'd like to know is would GameShark be an applicable addition to the Database? I ask because it's something I do own, it's not listed in the Nintendo 64 Database. If not, is there a spot it would be applicable?

I believe these type of utility programs should be preserved, and you can add it to the database, but since it is a game database there's a chance it someone will mark it for deletion.
