Pinball fx3 controller issue

Hey guys I have a tankstick from x-Arcade. My PC sees it as a Xbox controller. I was trying to use joytokey to map is to keyboard keys. So i can use buttons 3 & 4 on the side is the tankstick to use with the flippers. Bit everytime i go to use the flippers pinball fx3 sees those as pause buttons. How can I find this?
